Phantombuster Return Policy?
PhantomBuster offers a refund policy under certain conditions. For Monthly Subscription Plans, a refund is processed if no resources have been utilized for the current subscription and the refund request is received within 14 days of the purchase date or subscription renewal date.
For Annual Subscription Plans, a refund request must be received within 30 days of the purchase date or subscription renewal date. If any resources have been used within the first 30 days following the purchase or renewal, a charge for one full month based on regular monthly subscription plan pricing will be applied. The balance for the remaining 11 months will be refunded. If no resources have been used within the first 30 days following the purchase or renewal, a full refund will be offered.
